Courtenay House

Courtenay House is a large beautiful Georgian property just steps from the sea in the heart of Port Isaac, undoubtedly one of the special treasures of North Cornwall. This property offers stylish accommodation spread over 3 floors which has been finished to the highest quality.

A large well-equipped kitchen/dining room is the hub of the house and is great for entertaining.

The fishing village is picturesque and vibrant yet retaining its charm with an abundance of small, whitewashed fisherman’s cottages. The village has bespoke shops, cafes and restaurants including the Michelin Star Nathan Outlaw and is, of course, the set for TV Series ‘Doc Martin’.

The ground floor comprises of an open plan kitchen/family room and a sitting room with woodburning stove.

On the first floor there is 1 kingsize bedroom, 1 twin room and a separate bathroom with shower and WC and a bathroom complete with roll top bath.

The second floor is home to a double bedroom and a twin room, however, please note the twin room is accessed through the double bedroom.
