The sleek open plan kitchen is bound to inspire you when cooking supper after a day on the beach and opens onto the living/dining room where you can relax with family or friends. The modern glass balcony and enclosed patio garden offers the perfect place to soak up the sun. 

Guests can walk down to Port Isaac's working fishing harbour, with its pretty whitewashed cottages and winding narrow streets. There are art galleries and shops as well as a tempting collection of cafes, pubs and restaurants to choose from. 

Five minutes’ walk in the opposite direction lies the picturesque bay of Port Gaverne, with its safe bathing beach and excellent pub. Derowen is situated in a stunning location providing all you could want for a restful and relaxing holiday and within easy access of the bathing beaches of Daymer Bay, Rock and Polzeath.
