Homelands
We are delighted to introduce Homelands, a charming self-catering fisherman's cottage now available for bookings in the heart of historic Port Isaac. Notably, Homelands was featured as Aunt Ruth’s home in the TV series Doc Martin. This high-standard property sleeps four guests and is ideal for families or friends. This elevated, south-facing cottage features a sunny front patio and complimentary Wi-Fi. Located just steps from the harbor, the cottage is perfectly situated for exploring coastal paths and Port Isaac’s independent shops, galleries, and renowned restaurants, including two by Michelin-starred chef Nathan Outlaw. The village beautifully preserves its historic character, offering a mix of traditional properties and cliff-top retreats. At low tide, the sandy harbor is perfect for exploring rock pools. Beyond the village, you can visit local attractions such as Doyden Castle, Lundy Bay, and the iconic Doc Martin clinic. Homelands is also a short drive from Cornwall's most popular beaches, including Polzeath (6.5 miles), Daymer, and Rock, with Padstow only 16 miles away. Ample parking is available at the top of the village for your convenience.
Whether you are planning a romantic escape or a family holiday, we look forward to welcoming you to Homelands for an authentic Port Isaac experience.
