This inviting home is nestled in the idyllic fishing village of Port Isaac, located on the picturesque North Cornwall Coast.

Upon your arrival at The Moorings, you'll be greeted by a warm, homely atmosphere. From the back of the house, you can enjoy wonderful views overlooking the old village and out to sea. The first-floor sitting room, complete with a large corner sofa and a Smart TV for movie nights, features windows designed to maximize these captivating vistas.

Step outside onto the large, south-facing balcony at the rear of the property, the perfect spot to soak up the sunshine and relax with a glass of wine.

From The Moorings, it's just a short stroll down the hill to Port Isaac's historic harbour. Here, quaint cottages create a postcard-perfect setting that feels like a snapshot from a bygone era.

Port Isaac is famously known as the fictional village of Portwenn in the beloved television series "Doc Martin." The village's distinctive appearance, with its narrow streets and charming architecture, played a starring role alongside the show's characters.

You can wander down to the small beach to skim stones or venture further south to explore smaller beach gems like Port Quin and Lundy Bay. Continue your journey to the village of Rock, where you can catch the foot ferry across the water to the harbour town of Padstow, a true foodie's paradise.
